This business has 12 Brunswick A-2 Lanes. We have a game room with 4 pool tables and 6 - 8 arcade games which are placed and maintained by a vendor service. We have a video rental business that is also maintained by a vendor service. We sell candy, hot dogs, sodas, chips and other snack items. We currently have 5 leagues per week and are the only indoor recreation in Horseshoe Bend. We get many tourists from local timeshare on the lake along with regular bowlers. We also have a Pro Shop and sell and drill balls along with other bowling items. This business can be run by one person most of the time, and we have some very good part time employees. This is a growing business in a retirement town with lots of potential.

Remember your old Home Town Grocery Store? That's
what you will find at Ron's - fresh produce, meat cut daily, cold deli, and a great
selection of dairy & frozen foods! PROJECT UPGRADE AT RON'S: Ron's Fine Foods
of Horseshoe Bend has updated their produce cooler line, adding 12 feet of product
space, for a total of 48 feet now in the produce department. This represents
the final upgrade project for the grocery store, having replaced coolers in the
dairy and meat departments and installing new freezers in the frozen food department.
The store also upgraded the front end registers approximately a year ago to state-of-the-art
equipment. FULL CARRY OUT SERVICE, TOO!

This is a store much like Wal-mart but without the food items. We are one of only two general stores in Horseshoe Bend.The other one is Dollar General. We price everything at about half of the original cost. We get many tourists who stay at the local timeshare on the lake. We sell small furniture, clothing, toys, kitchen items, small appliances, rugs, videos, tools and hardware items, luggage, lights, shoes, camping items, domestics, pet supplies, electronics, souvenir t-shirts, wind chimes, business for a husband and wife team. This store can be ran by one person but since most of our merchandise is returns, shelf potential. Pulls, opened packages, etc. Someone needs to check out each item before it is placed on the floor, so it is helpful to a second person, at least part of the time.
